Editing and finishing for footage supplied by clients, agencies or production partners. Depending on the project, this can include narrative structure, pacing, music selection, colour correction, subtitles, format adaptation and motion graphics.

End-to-end production for commercials, branded content, event campaigns and corporate communication—from planning and filming to editing, sound, motion graphics and final delivery. Street Food No.1
Social advertising combining newly filmed footage, AI-enhanced product photography, editing and branded motion design. The project also included shorter cutdowns and an in-store screen loop.
Lisinski — Praznik Mjuzikla
Promotional video produced from new filming through editing, motion graphics, graphic adaptation and audio post-production.
Sensapharm — Stress Synbiotic
A product television commercial created from client-supplied concepts and brand assets. I produced the final video through motion graphics and animation and prepared it for broadcast delivery.
Bold Banana — Product Campaign
Editing and logo animation for a product campaign using footage supplied by a Barcelona production studio. Delivered in widescreen, square and GIF formats for the Japanese market.

A Process Shaped Around the Project
Some projects begin with a complete brief and ready-made assets. Others require creative development, filming, editing, animation or several final formats. I define the scope around what is genuinely needed rather than forcing every project into the same package.
Remote Collaboration and On-Location Production
I work remotely with clients in Croatia and internationally. When a project requires new filming, I can travel to the agreed location and organise the production scope accordingly.

You communicate directly with the person responsible for the work. This keeps feedback clear, reduces unnecessary layers and helps the project stay aligned with its original purpose.
Clear Revisions and Deliverables
Two rounds of revisions are normally included. Final deliverables are agreed before production begins, while raw footage and open project files are not included as standard but can be arranged separately.
Advertising budgets, media buying and campaign management are not normally part of the production scope, but I can prepare the required creative formats for your chosen channels and media partners.

I’m Fran Baća, a freelance creative and the founder of FB DIGITAL MEDIA. I have more than 16 years of experience across video production, editing, motion graphics, animation, graphic design and digital media.
I have lived and worked in both Croatia and Japan, collaborating with companies, cultural organisations, agencies and international teams. Today, I’m based in Zagreb and work with clients remotely across markets, while travelling when a project requires filming on location.
Because the studio is founder-led, I remain personally involved in every project—from the first conversation and creative planning to production, revisions and final delivery.

Do you work with clients outside Croatia?
Yes. I work remotely with brands, agencies and organisations in Croatia and internationally. Communication, reviews and file delivery can be handled online throughout the project.
Can you travel for filming?
Yes. I am based in Zagreb and can travel to an agreed location when a project requires new filming. Travel, production requirements and related costs are defined as part of the project scope.
How many revision rounds are included?
Two rounds of revisions are normally included. The exact revision process and approval stages are agreed before production begins, especially for larger or more complex projects.
Are raw footage and open project files included?
Raw footage and open project files are not included as standard deliverables. They can be arranged separately when required and should be agreed before the project begins.
Do you manage advertising budgets or media buying?
Advertising budgets, media buying and ongoing campaign management are not normally part of the production service. I can prepare the required creative formats and technical versions for delivery to your chosen platforms, broadcasters or media partners.
What do you need to prepare a quote?
A useful starting point is a short project description, the intended audience, required formats, available materials, expected deadline and whether new filming is needed. A budget range is also helpful when determining the most suitable production scope.
